The Daniel Adamson is a coal fired steam tug tender launched in 1903 from the golden age of British engineering and had a career ranging from towing humble barges to entertaining Kings and Queens on the famous Manchester Ship Canal.    After a working life of over 80 years, she was eventually abandoned and destined for the scrap yard. At the 11th hour in 2004 she was rescued by a dedicated group of volunteers and after many trials and tribulations was returned to her former working glory, sailing the waterways of the North West for the enjoyment of all.

Doors open at 9.30. Open to all Fu3a members, no charge.
